1 General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tx999 platform and all its services. The following definitions are used in this document:

• "Platform" refers to the tx999 website, mobile application and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who accesses the tx999 platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered profile through which they access the platform's services.

• "Bonus Funds" refers to money granted under promotional offers or loyalty programs.
• "Real Money" refers to Bangladeshi Taka deposited directly by the user.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register on the tx999 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform operates for those aged 21 and above only.
• Each person may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and current. tx999 reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided.
• The user must provide a valid mobile number and email address registered in their own name.
• Participation in the identity verification (KYC) process may be mandatory. Identity must be confirmed before withdrawals.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. The following points must be followed to this end:

3.1 Password Protection

Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely private. Do not share them with anyone. Use a strong password and change it regularly.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. tx999 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Transfer

Selling, transferring or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. This will be considered a serious breach of the terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds on the tx999 platform we support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

• Deposits must be made only from the user's own mobile banking account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be subject to investigation on suspicion of money laundering.
• Successful deposits are generally credited to the balance instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means bonus funds become withdrawable only after wagering 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated in the detailed description of the offer.
• Multiple bonuses may be active at the same time, however bonuses cannot be stacked together unless otherwise stated in a specific offer.
• Bonuses may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Collecting bonuses by exploiting system errors or technical issues is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

tx999 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players.

6.2 Technical Issues

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. If there is any valid balance at the time of closure, arrangements will be made for it to be withdrawn (excluding bonus funds).
